Beautiful Day Outside...



It's a beautiful day outside; what are all of these people doing in the library? I have completed on-line Customer Service Training, not to be confused with CCPL's Pro-active Customer Service Training. I'd have to agree with Melanie F. about the limited time spent and the quick clicking of answers. I do hope that I give excellent service to 100 people more often then my final score inplies.
